BE CAREFUL!!!
I replaced my bumper a couple months ago and found that the threaded holes in the frame were rusty and full of dirt.
The bolts were not easy to remove and I needed to be very careful to not break them off.
I suggest that you thoroughly spray them with some type of penetrating fluid and let them sit overnight, then carefully remove all the bolts and "chase" the threads with the proper size taps.
You can do them one at a time so that you won't have to remove and re-align your bumper but, it would probably be quicker and easier if you did remove it.
Good Luck!
