Brass door hinge bushings?
Im lookin for a part number for the door hinge pin brass bushings, so I can finish my quick release hinges. I seem to remember there bein an entry in a thread here some where but I cant find it. If anyone knows the number or the thread where I can find it I would be greatful. Thanks in advance.

Looks like nobody's found the real part numbers yet. But I haven't looked yet, so things could change here real soon...

This one's a doozy. I'm getting nowhere fast. If it's in the EPC before '96, there's still hope. Just gotta dig a bit deeper.
I hope this doesn't turn into one of them eternal part # mysteries, like those DANA/spicer type u-joints...
EDIT: I can almost guarantee I can find some brass bushings that would work. Most likely in the next 20 min. tops, local pickup. Lots of places have 'em(hardware/farm/auto parts stores etc.).

I looked at the diagrams, you might not find one because that body style hinge is all one piece non-serviceable. I did run that part number in that other thread and came across a 1955-1957 chevy brass bushing set with a part number A-14550. And it appears that number has changed as well. I don;t know if that's what he used or not but they look similar.

Doors - Quick Release Hinges / Removable Doors
Info provided by Wheelie_Pete
To get the old factory pin out without a fuss, cut it in half as it sits in the hinge, then take a cold chisel and start tapping around the edge of the top of the pin. (The hinges should be removed from teh vehicle first.) This should start to pry the pin upwards, then, when you clear the swege marks on the pin you can just pull it out. Repeat for the bottom half.
If you manage to cut your hinges and then force out the stock pin without ˟˟˟˟ing up the brash bushing, then you can use a 5/16 (.3125") dia. x 2" long grip length pin perfectly. The stock door hinge bushings are 8mm (0.315" dia). My passanger's door hinges worked out this way and it works awesome! This works so well I can hardly believe it. The pin is upside down on the top hinge because there isn't enough room to drop it down through the top due to the shape of the door's edge. A sharp eye will notice that the lower bolt head on the door's half of the hinge is ground down. This is so you can clear the pin's shoulder by the bolt. It had to be done to get a straight up shot for the pin. Also when doing it this way you can retain the factory brass bushing which will keep the door tight and have that OEM fell. My driver's door's brass bushings in both hinges cracked when we tried to pull the stock pin so we had to drill them out to 3/8" and use a 3/8" Pin or bolt with the head ground down. This eventually wears on the hinges and Ifinally ended up replacing them with some I could use a 5/16 pin in.

I called the Toyota dealership in Denver and they said the there are no replacement parts. They are non serviceable, like said above. He did say that I could buy new hinges and just to entertain his suggestion I asked how much. $44 something for the upper and $60 for the lower special order on both. I will keep lookin. Ace is a good idea, never woulda thought about that.

I gave up. There's no such Toyota PNC, or P/N, as 14550 or 19183. AFAIK.
This vid is cool though.

For the price of those you could by these instead that're ready to rock, brass bushings and all.

ACE was NOT the place, for me anyway. Not the one in my town. They do have those 2.25" 5/16 wire clip hitch pins for $2.99 each. NONE of their brass bushings fit them though. I almost bought 'em, still might. I figure I could re-use my old bushings, since I'm good like that at making things come apart how I want. Or just make some out of mild steel, or something...:fingerscrossed:

how about at the auto parts store, some of those little parts on the shelve, i think they are called helper or something in red packages. I have gotten bushings and pins for hinges, not sure about the toyota hinge bushings though.
