Braking Problems?

Braking Problems?
My brother just bought a runner. I drove it, and it has some crazy braking problems. It has newer rotors and pads. When we go to brake it requires alot more stopping room than my other 2 runners. Also, he flushed out a ton of dirty brake fluid, replaced it with new stuff, and 3 weeks later it is dirty again. I was thinking this could be the work of a bad master cylinder, anyone else wanna chime in?

Newer rotos and pads...but how long has the 4Runner been sitting.
Check the pads/rotors yourself. Make sure all the air is out the system by bleeding it properly.
Some more elaborate symptoms of "a lot more stopping power" being required would be helpful.

If it looks dirty after 3 wks and you guys really flushed out good. What grade fluid are you using, I had dot 3 and had similar dirtiness and poor braking, toyota recommends DOT 4, don't even consider DOT 5 its totally different and not compatible. Also check your resevoir cap as brake fluid has an infinity for h2o.

If the vehicle is "hard to stop" and the pads and rotors do look fine and the pedal pressure is fine, then, almost certainly, the booster is weak and on it's way to it's final resting place

Well on my other 2 runners I can push down the brake pedal and it will work work a lot more effectively. This one it seems like we have to push it down all the way, and even then it doesn't come to an immediate stop.
