Brake Upgrade..Using T-100 parts?

I am trying to get some more "umph" out of my paltry 4x4 brakes and had an idea. I am thinking of using a 1 1/16" master cylinder and the tandem 10 1/2" booster from a late '90's T-100 1-ton and put it into my '90 SR5 xtra cab 4x4.
It looks like it is a direct bolt in. Anyone ever try this?

Thanx,
Bud

I've thought about this as well in the past and posted about it on here but as you've seen, no one has the answer, so maybe you could be the guinea pig and report back?
