Cheers

Actaully rang my local toyota dealer...wait till you hear his response

"it will cost you loads of money to replace that part thru us, heres the number for a guy who will make you a pipe"

so i took pipe off, brought it to him and 3 hours later i fitted it, did a full brake fluid change all round and ive never had such good brakes

; )

Now that is an amazing dealer who puts customer service first and not just profits.

Glad to see you got it done and with relative ease.

Just a suggestion, you might want to check the rest of your brake lines. If one rusted all the way through, the rest might not be far behind. I would at least press the brake pedal real hard and see if any of the others blow. I had a brake hose blow in an old Chevy and it turned out that most of the brake system needed to be replaced. Hopefully yours was just smashed by a rock or something, but it is probably a good idea to check if you have not done so already.
