Body lift removal

Ok so i bought a 1986 toyota extra cab 4x4 auto 22re with 189k. It came with a 3" body lift and 33" tires. I want to go down to 245/75/16 and stock height for better gas mileage and more power. Do i need new body mounts to swap in? Best place to find them is pull a part? Or should i just cut down the existing body mounts and buy new bolts?

Yes you should buy new rubber body mounts. Figure doing it right the first time. Don't use your old rubber or anyone else's from a pull yard for that matter.
