Blown up

I recently blew up my 3.0 v6(3. Slow I know...)94 4Runner. It had 189xxx miles on it and plenty of oil and it threw a rod completely threw my block. I don't want to go buy a new crate engine so basically what I'm asking is what years of others toyotas have compatible blocks that will drop in. I found a 91 that runs and drives but is a manual which I prefer but I have no idea how much of a chore it's gonna be to swap the manual transmission and block from the 91 into my 94

Why not just leave your existing tranny in the truck, and just swap over the long block?
