Is this a blown head gasket?

Alrighty here is my situation. I bought a 91 3.slo a couple months back and I've recently noticed the dreaded white exhaust. I was leaking coolant pretty badly from the water pump so I just finished replacing that and the timing belt. Now onto the exhaust. Normally I would be sure that I had a blown head gasket due to the white smoke but I am experiencing no (or unnoticeable) coolant loss, the exhaust doesn't really smell sweet, and my oil is clean as can be. What gives guys?

If your 3.0 is still blowing clouds, not just a little bit of white smoke, but clouds that last, after you've driven for a while you should do a compression test or a leak down test. Make sure you check the radiator and not just the overflow bottle.

It has been about 35-40 at night and 50-55 during the day. It has been parked in my shop the entire weekend and it is still doing it. Also it persists for quite a while after starting.

Yeah I was planning on taking it in to a local shop owned by a family friend on Monday to have him do a leak down test but I was curious if anyone had any idea of what else this could be in the mean time.

What does "quite a while" mean? It can mean something very different from one person to another. Can you put "quite a while" in terms of minutes and the associated driving condition i.e idle in park, driving in a 25mph zone, etc....

I have noticed the same thing on my rig. also the 3.0. But the white smoke never goes away. and my coolent never runs low and there is not any coolent in the oil. the only thing i have noticed is my oil pressure has been running low lately. with a fresh oil change the pressure actually went down more today. the performance of the truck is the same that it has always been. i was thinking of going to toyota and asking them what it might be. hopefully its not a hg. this will be my 3rd one.
