Blowing fuses with taillights...

Yet another problem with the 4runner...Well my tail lights and dash lights didn't work so I checked the fuse and it was blown so I have changed it over and over again and it blows soon after I put it in. I was just looking for help on why. This is my first toyota and already I am having so many problems with it. It'd be nice to just get some help on it. Thanks, Much appreciated.

star with a really good visual inspection. check the terminals, frayed or broken wires, sockets, etc.
