Blower motor
I have a '92 that has a problem with the heater/AV blower. When turned up it cause a sever vibration that effects the whole vehicle. On low it isn't too bad but when you get to the 3rd and 4th notch it really vibrates! I don't know if it is something that is lose or maybe it needs to be replaced. If replacement is an option, how hard is it to do? I am very mechanically sound so no real challenge is out of the question. I would hope it would just a unplug, unbolt and replace. I have found a few places on the Net that sells the unit for about $115, not bad a price. Thanks

I was reading the section on repairs and there was a post about cleaning the fan. Makes sense so I will try that this weekend to see if it might just be clogged up with debris.

You should definely clean it first. The same thing happened to me. All I did was take it off, hit it with some compressed air, Soaked it in hot water and you favorite choice of cleaner(Not too strong) Scrubed it all nice and clean let dry, and install the way you took lt off. It works like a charm and blow a buch of air now. I has been about three years since I've cleaned it and have no problems what so ever. Good Luck.
