Stick with OEM. Anything else will cause you issues.

search for isr mod. There are a couple of write ups in the tech section about mods for your stock intake for about the same results as a k&n full intake kit

your best bet is a ISR mod with the stock air box.

X3 on the stock set up. If you go with say a K&N intake, you will have oil layden sensors

I was looking and they have these now on eBay for pretty cheap. It just replaces one of the accordion hoses. For only $40 I would just use the piping and keep the stock air box.

You could also make your own/ISR mod for around the same price.

I'd like to do something like that...someday when I have time. My thing is that I'd also wanna snorkel. Maybe just turn it facing up and cut a hole in the hood and toss a coffee can on it when I'm not driving it...

I actually found a knock off version of that too!
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ht_3095wt_1165

I picked one of those up and also drilled the holes in my stock intake box.
