I have a 94 toyota Pickup 4x4 and It has a blown balljoint boot, I was going to take the ones off my 93 considering they only have half the miles on them and their in great condition, how would I do this? thanks.

which ball joint, upper, lower? They both unbolt and you will need a ball joint puller, schmucks will rent these for $5 if you dont have one. Get a chiltons manual and it will explain it in detail.

i have a 91 just got done doing top. i just unbolted the 3 little 8 mm bolts and hit it with a fork tool/ball joint remover (10 bucks at harbor freight) and the pop right off. now if its bottom i havent done those but looks similar remove castle nut and cotter pin at bottom support knuckel and unbolt 3 little bolts and they should prie off with that pickel fork tool. toyota ball joints are easy. good luck

Straighten out the ends of the cotter pin so it can slide out of the end of the screw then pull/slide it out with pliers. Then use the appropirate socket to loosen the castle nut. Make sure to put the cotter pin back in when resintalling them to prevent them from coming loose.
