Bad U-Joint?

Did a little bit of searching but couldn't exactly find the answer I was looking for. but anywho, I'm pretty sure its a U joint but just wanted to double check.

I was driving around today, just normal errands and I started to notice it was hard to shift into 1st and 2nd gear. Then I started to notice that when I brake to a complete stop, and then drop the truck back into 1st gear, it makes a clank noise. By the end of the day the whole truck vibrates/shakes when its driven. It also has slight power loss...

Are these all symptoms of a bad U joint? or is it something else?

Im going to attempt pulling my drive shaft today, and then put it in 4wd and see if it still vibrates. I'm pretty convinced its either the differential or the drive shaft...

anyone else have any opinions?
