Back window help

okay so i went for a little road trip about an hour away from home. I am about half way home from my drive and i start noticing a draft coming from behind me, sure enough my back window was down about an inch, try to roll it up nothing. then anotehr 15 minutes later it is now at half way down. its -20 where i am and its friggin cold. by the time i get home my window is completely down and when i push the switch to roll it up the brain (relay) in the drivers side storage pocket is beeping at me. i replace the relay with a known working one from my parts truck and it does the same thing. anyone have any ideas? is it the motor? or is my truck effed.
