Back-up light problem and solution

First, thanks to everyone who posted advice to my problem. My back up lights worked intermittently, then not at all. I traced all the wires, cleaned the grounds, then was stumped. I discovered that my runner would not start in neutral either. Those two things together lead me to the neutral safety control switch. Once I pulled it off, I found that the inside was pretty dirty. Cleaned it out, then noticed that the contacts looked worn. Found out they both contacts have a small spring under them and the gunk had kept the springs compressed. Once cleaned and reassemble all I had to do was do a few adjustments and now I have back up lights and it starts in neutral.

Hope this helps someone else with the same problem.
