Auto to Manual Help!! Starting...

Okay, so Ive been posting awhile now about help with the wiring and stuff for the auto to manual swap in my 1995 4runner V6. I really need some help. Yesterday was the first day i tried to start it after replacing the heads and swapping tranny's. When I go to start it, it cranks but won't start. We tried hitting it with the timing light while cranking and came up that there is no spark. So somewhere from my ECM to ignitor there is a signal to not send any spark.... I have one plug that I don't know where it goes ( At this point I think it might be an extra from the manual swap) but it is from the wiring harness near cylinder 6 in the back almost by the coolant bypass system. (In picture). If anyone knows where it goes that'd be great. Furthermore, I only spliced the two black wires together. (YEs I know I can start it in gear this way. I am completely fine with that fact). ANything to help me get this thing running id appreciate... after 2 months im dying to hear the sound of that engine!

Also I know I dont have the reverse lights hooked up as they are smoked and barley work as is and I have other lights that I attached and manually turn on. ANother thing is I dont have my speedometer cable hooked up; would that prevent it from starting?

Coolant temperature switch located behind plenum on the sensor block, or knock sensor connector located coming out of intake just in front of #6 cylinder fuel injector, or a fuel injector connector. It is hard to tell from your image, how many pins in the connector? what color wiring on each pin?

Did you change the ECU to manual?
There are conditions that has to be right inorder to start in both manual ecu and auto ecu. If you're still using auto ecu then I'd look at the park/neutral switch...or something along those line....

The engine coolant temperature sensor has a Green w/ Lima (blue) stripe and a Brown with Black Stripe.
Fuel Injectors are Brown w/ Red Stripe and either White w/Red or solid white depending on the side of the engine.
Cold Start Injector Switch has Green solid only.

I didn't change the ecu. Almost all of the write-ups I have read, most don't switch ecu

I'm not sure where you are talking about for the plenum to back firewall... But the drivers side fender to head is grounded.

I got it running!! Turns out the mass air flow was bad... Put in a manual ecu and new sensor and she runs great! Such a relief to finally have it run again!! Thanks for all the input guys
