Attarco yay or nay?

I am new here, tried searching but did not come out much. My question is, has anyone have experience with Attarco's rebuild engines or their service in general? I am looking for another 3.0 for my truck. Called them up and got a quote for 1300+- shipped + core. Wanted to know if this company is reputable enough to go through with it. Any help or input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced!

I'd go with www.orientengine.com.

Attarco "says" that they've never had a part returned. If you're in need of an engine ASAP, I'd go ahead and buy it from them. They've got some of the cheapest prices around. Plus I just found out one of my wheelin buddies has had one of their 22RE's in his truck for 2 years and has had NO problems at all. Sounds like they're good to me, considering he drives his truck 120 miles a day.

From what i've heard attarco is a good place to get engines/ transmissions from. my dad picked up a transmission fro his chevy sprint and it has been fine for over a year.

Attarco is pretty good but, I've never heard of or seen an Attarco engine with more than 20k miles on it. Probably insignificant but just for a few hundred more you could go with orientengine.com which is a very reputable company.

My truck isn't movable as I have most components off. Attarco will deliver it which is a good thing. Doesn't go pass 20k?

Who can vouch for Orientengine.com or has dealings with them? How are their engines? Thank you all for your help.

I think that's mostly b/s. Yota's are so good stock because the japs hold such tight tolerances. My friend has 35,000 on his with no problems.
