Holy crap, I've owned my truck for two months now and never opened the manual. Following these instructions (push pedal halfway down when warm, push to the floor if hot, push 3-4 times if below freezing etc) work fantastically. If you're having trouble starting your truck, maybe you just need to, simply, follow Toyota's instructions. They know best:





On a side note: here's my rig, I'm kinda proud - as I just threw the canopy on it. It took me two months of searching, but I finally found a long bed canopy in my color with a perfect fit. As you can see though, the gel coat is faded/oxidized. I've put two coats of tr3 resin glaze on it now with a bit of improvement... but I'd love a better shine. Sorry about the photos, I'm in Seattle, visiting the parents for a bit and we don't get sunny days up here. Ever.
