alternator help

just wanted to know if anyone could tell me how the alternator mounting bracket is hooked up? it looks as though one of the mounting holes on it could go on the bottom of the ps pulley thing but what about the other hole for a bolt? possibly the block?

the upper bracket that bolts to the top of the alternator and allows the alt to swing is mounted to the head by 3 14mm bolts.

The lower braket to which the alternator is affixed and is used for keeping the tension up is bolted to the block just below the drivers side head.

Oddly enough I remember most all of the steps of me pulling the heads...hehe
