Alarm system quality

Doing some wiring for my engine swap today I removed a rat's nest of wires, most of which were connected to this:

Does anybody know if this alarm is worth a crap? Is it even worth installing correctly some day down the road?

I did google it to find some reviews or something, but all I got were instruction manuals and owners manuals.

Thanks

What I have found(searched a little more) is that it's basically a Clifford brand. Didn't Clifford used to be pretty good?

Just sounds like a crappy first install. If you have the remote for it & it works then I don't see why it wouldn't be worth re installing the correct way. I just installed my alarm a few weeks back, it's a fairly basic alarm (shock sensor, light intrusion, hood, tailgate & snug top door pins, flashing lights & starter kill) not a brand that I have ever heard of (vampire) but it works excellent.

Good luck to you.
