95 4runner Vibration

Hey ive got a lifted 95 4runner with 33's that were just balanced after i put new wheels on, i was driving down the road and i started getting a vibration in what feels like the drive train, its most severe accelerating and decelerating between 2nd and 3rd at higher speeds i can still feel it just not as bad, i replaced my rear ujoint and the front one looked ok ive ruled out tires and brake because it goes away when i put the clutch in we put it up on jack and nothing seemed unbalanced or bent im thinking it could be a throw out bearing somehow or the rear diff, but any ideas and input is appreciated thank you.

have you recently replaced your spark plug wires? I put new ones on my 4runner and some of the wirescame out of the holders and were laying on some metal and making my motor miss and it made my whole truck vibrate pretty bad. I know its a long shot but i thought id throw it out there

That's actually a good assumption because my motor has been running kind with a miss at idle but I just checked and that's not the case. Thanks though

I know that when I went from street tires to mud tires, there was a lot more vibration on accel and decel.

Sure it's not related to the tires?

Throw out bearing would not be your cause, I am thinking that it is either the tires or one of the axles is bad, unless you have a broken engine or tranny mount somewhere.
