Weird problem,
My wife's 95 4runner will stall intermittently while driving, and intermittently the power windows won't work at all. When it stalls it starts right back up but obviously this can be bad on the freeway, etc. The windows won't work one minute and work again the next. Thsi can be the side windows or back window. These problems are very sporadic and don' last long so I am having trouble trying to troubleshoot. My wife says it happens more when it rains, which may explain why it seems to have started doing this just a couple months ago. Does this sound like a short somewhere? Is there a circuit linked to the power windows and ignition. I did a brief visual inspection of visible wires under the hood, battery cables etc. Any help will be appreciated.

FYI,
No codes showed up, the check engine and O/D off flash about 2 times per second. I reset the ECU fuse. THis is an SR5 BTW.
