I'm having a problem with my rear window, and tailgate. The motor is turning, but the window doesn't move. I can't even get the window to move by pushing it or anything. I've taken the rear pannel out, but I'm not sure what I should be looking for, nor do I know how to bring the window back down to try and take the tail gate off. Any type of advice on fixing this would be awesome, or if someone knows where to find it online. I've been looking for about a month on and off trying to get this fixed
