95' 4Runner advice

So i picked up this guy the other day and am looking for some advice on improvements and modifications. Its main use is for getting around in rough weather and those hard to reach trail heads, but id also like to be able to take it off road and have some fun. I've been looking around and the amount of options it a bit overwhelming, engine swaps, lifts, tires, differentials, wenches, bumpers, sway-bars i dont even know where to begin.

Here is its specs as best as i know them.
3.0L-V6 Cylinder Heads have been recently replaced.

4 Speed Automatic Transmission replaced with a rebuilt transmission.
Tilt Steering Column with Cruise Control

Air Conditioning

Tow Package

4 Wheel ABS
New Brakes all around.
(New Brake Pads and Brakes Shoes, New Front Rotors, New Rear Brake Drums and Rebuilt Calipers)

236,207 Miles

New Windshield have receipt.

Factory Am/Fm Stereo with Cd and Cassette

Tan Leather Interior
Drivers seat has wear & tear rest of the interior is in Good shape.

Factory Roof Rack with Tie downs

Power Sun roof retractable, no tilt/vent option.

Factory Wheels with New tires 95% tread life left.
Tires are 31 x 10.5R15LT Falken Rocky Mountain ATS
