95 4runner 4" lift going to 6"

I currently have a pro comp 4" lift on my 1995 4runner, Im going to put on the 1.5" ball joint spacers and 2" coil spacers from 4 crawler. I was wondering if anyone else has this much suspension lift and how their rear driveline angle is? Should I need a cv rear driveshaft? It already has about a 20 deg angle on it, ill take pics tomorrow if needed. thanks

I don't want to say anything negative about ball joint spacers.... They have their purpose and fit the niche quite well, all things considered. I'm contemplating installing them and some other parts on my truck, so given that...

... make sure you get the front end set up properly. in general there aren't any significant issues with ball joint spacers up front, but the further you push the cv's down, the more strain you put on them.

I believe your truck is auto locking hubs, which means the front drive shafts will turn even if you're not in 4wd, so if nothing else, put manual locking hubs up front so you can unlock them and not tear up your joints when you aren't using them.

In the rear... get the panhard rod drop from 4Crawler... keep that rear axle centered under your truck. Check your pinion angles too. Lift affects the driveshaft angles so keep everyting under control.

it has the vacuum disconnect on the driver side stub shaft, there are no hubs. Im not really worried about the front cvs, I just replaced them and they have lifetime warranties now. I also have the t-bars cranked on my 89 4runner and they work fine. I was just wondering about the rear driveshaft though, will I need to put a cv joint on it at the transfercase?
