95 3VZE Emissions Failure

Having issues getting my 95 4Runner to pass emissions. A month before my tags expired, my truck just shut down while cruising the freeway. Ended up replacing the computer (with a used one) and fuel injectors to get it back up and running. Decided to go with the tan 4 port injectors after reading the reviews on them and the price was right. I also had to bypass the TVV due to breakage of the ports and the EGR valve temp sensor is bad (open circuit). The cat is brand new and I'm running NKG platinum plugs.

standards:
hydrocarbons = 1.60
carbon monoxide = 20.0
nitrogen = 3.0

orig test:
hydrocarbons = 3.38
carbon monoxide = 95.87
nitrogen = 6.98

2nd test after bypassing 1 fuel injector
hydrocarbons = 1.69
carbon monoxide = 42.81
nitrogen = 1.89

3rd test after replacing the cat
hydrocarbons = 1.95
carbon monoxide = 38.13
nitrogen = 4.76

I'm thinking of bypassing a fuel injector again and giving it another try to just get it thru emissions, considering the numbers I got before replacing the cat.

Well I finally got it to pass emissions

4th attempt after going through my vacuum lines,

Hydrocarbons: 0.61
Carbon Monoxide: 13.92
Nitrogen: 4.27

the 5th and final attempt I disconnected one of my injectors again, basically turning that cylinder into an air pump and overheat the cat.

Hydro: 0.20
Carbon: 6.94
Nitro: 2.65

So as the saying goes: When in doubt, pull it out.

Quick tip for passing a smog check... drive it on a freeway for about 15 minutes just before you take it in for the smog check. It gets the cat nice and hot.
