94 toyota 4runner problems

My brother has a 94 4runner with 3.0 and auto trans and their is oil in the radator. I think its the head gaskets. It has a rebiult motor with 10,000 miles on it. What do you guys think would leak oil into the cooling system?

Check the head for cracks while its apart. Here in NZ we have a few of these crack heads, tho not nearly as many as the old 2LTs (2.4 turbo diesel).
