94' 4runner Terrible jerking shudder on takeoff

Just picked up a 94 4runner with the 3.0 and an auto tranny, from a takeoff it shudders/jerks really bad but if you ease it forward and then hit the gas it doesnt do it...engine has just over 220k on it with rebuilt heads, all engine and tranny mounts are ok, tranny leaks a little but is topped up and all ujoints seem ok..any ideas?

Dont want to alarm you but i just had a similer incedent with my 95 3.0, thought it was tire shake becouse of the BJ ruined MT's. it took out the drum and support for the t case(taking shops word on the part name, saw the ground up shaft and race....)along with 1st's clutch pack

had 150 Miles on it, just changed to fresh fluid when i bought it 1500 miles went from chatter to full slip in 1st only,

not shure if yours is the same but is worth a more in depth check
