'94 4Runner not starting well when warm

3VZE engine.

After the engine fully warms and the ignition is turned off restart gets progressively worse the longer it sits.
Worse case, the engine must be turned over 10-15 times with 2 attempts. Then, the engine slowly starts and the exhaust smells rich of fuel. It runs well after start with no visible fuel leaks or fuel smell from under the hood.
Note: If the engine is allowed to fully cool the engine starts fine.

I installed all new Beck/Arnley injectors with o-rings 2K mile ago. The all went in very easy. Almost to easy.
I've heard that when the injectors warm the o-rings expand and seep resulting in lost fuel pressure. However, I'm not seeing or smelling any fuel.

I brought it into a mechanic and they said it was due to faulty injectors and possibly a weak fuel pump.

Please HELP!

I previously installed remanufactured Beck/Arnley injectors. They severely leaked fuel through the casing leaving pools of fuel on the engine. Although very hazardous, this didn't cause any starting issues.

Maybe your cold start injector is firing even when the engine is warm? Not sure if that would cause a hard start, but it might explain the rich exhaust fumes.
