94 22re TIMING CHAIN GUIDES
Replacing the timing chain and would like to know which is better - metal or plastic guides ? Any preferred manufacturer for the kit ?

Get the metal ones. Best choice I ever made, I snapped a plastic one when I did my head gasket replacement(oops haha)
