OK I am about to go full synthetic (Amsoil) in my 93 4runner 5 speed and this much I know

5 Qts. oil for the motor 5w30 or ?
3 Qts. oil for both rears 80/90 or ?

but what about the

Transmission Qts.? Weight?

Transfer Case Qts? Weight?

FSM says

Manual trans 75w-90 or 80w-90....3.2qts to 4.1 (W56=3.2QTS, G-58=4.1qts,R150F=3.2qts)...whatever the hell all that means.

I just did my 94 pickup, complete conversion to synthetic and other than the motor, I used 9.4 quarts total filling to the top of the fill plugs on front and rear end and W series 5 speed and transfer case.
