93 4runner rear window removal problem

hey....soing... my rear window doesnt work (seems like a common problem)...anyways here is what is happening

The motor works...it makes noise at least when i pushed the button for up an down

I removed all the paneling to expose the motor assembly. I think that the arms have seized(rusted in place) in the up position. Now the other issue is that the window is up....so I am stuck on how to remove the assembly and/or get the window down.

Also wondering that if the motor is trying to move seized gears if it would develope a problem with wrecking its "output".

Thanks for any advice.

If you remove the motor you should be able to move the window in and out.

the motors are pretty strong .. and usually wont quit , It's the gears that fail . and on the window regulator , the gears/fingers will fail + the rollers .

you can usually rebuild it all , with a few replacement parts ... If your willing .
