93 22 re question

Is there torque specs for the head plate in back of head ?

I torqued them to 15ft/lbs. No leaks or issues. The screw sizes are not the same though, so make sure you put them in the right spots

2 bolts missing I think they are for the water tube brackets in the back Think im correct ?

It sort of depends. If you have an automatic transmission, there's 2 bolts that secure the water pipes. If you have a manual transmission, there's only one bolt that secures the water pipe.

Either way, the water pipe goes over the EGR crossover plate (this is the rear cyl head plate) and the bolts hold both pieces on.
