92 Yota Pickup has little power

My bro has a 92 yota pickup that has very little power. The compressions for all cylinders are between 120-180. Could it be the fel pump and or fuel filter?

That's quite a range of compression. What engine & transmission?

Thats a pretty big spread on you compression numbers, might be looking at a bad head gasket or valve problem. Either way, if you only have 120 on a cylinder then you need to pull the head.
