Ok, so I searched and was unsure of the answers presented and would like just a little advice on this as this is the only thing left for this motor swap. I have a 92 4runner 3vze, I swapped the motor with a 91 3vze. I am using the 92 wiring harness and everything I have figured out except the distributor. I have been trying to google the answers and checked on here and cant seem to find right answer. Can I use the 92 distributor in my 91 motor. They are different the 91 has a much longer shaft and if not, can I just swap wires and it would be ok? I have heard of issues with start up and dont want to cut the dizzy wires without knowing for sure if I even have to. I am so close and just want to finish this part to start it up. any help please!!
