Trick question

Can you do all the fabrication work yourself??

Going with all new parts as in someones kit or buying a complete donor vehicle with a good front end.

Chasing used parts from 10 different vehicles in 8 different states

Just why do you want to do this in no less then 500 words.

Might be any where between a few hundred to a couple thousand

MOST COST EFFECTIVE......Figure about 2000. Not figuring in the "superfluous" stuff....just the SAS....not new awesome tires on cool wheels, hi-tech coil-overs, gears, lockers. chrome-moly axles, long travel driveshafts.
Talking basic SAS....leafpacks......again about 2000. That's assuming you can get some of the basics for free. That's with your time.....mig welder.....chop saw.....grinders.....plasma cutter.
Cheaper if you make your own kit instead of buying a commercial kit. Plus it gives you the ability to customize your own SAS....and you can say that you did it your way.....not the TG way etc etc.
So get yourself some 5 inch leafpacks ....maybe given to you like I was fortunate enough.....some shocks.....
and go for it.
Ohhhh and make a build link so others can watch your progress and help with ideas when you get stuck.
