89 toyota wont start
I have a automatic 1989 Toyota pickup 4x4 it wont start it has fire going to the spark plugs, fuel to the fuel rail but not going through the injectors. I tested the wire harness with noid light. the light is real dim. I have checked the distributer its good. but I heard you have to apply the brake to get these trucks to turn over and you can crank it with out applying the brake any suggestions

Applying the brakes is not required to start the engine, so smack whomever told you that.
First, realize that each injector plug should have 12v (battery voltage) at each terminal if the engine is not running. The ECU will ground one terminal in order to fire the injector.
If you are not getting 12v at both terminals in each plug, check the harness for bad splices, particularly around the intake manifold: there are branch circuits made there and they are crimped, not soldered, so corrosion can occur in the crimps and cause issues.
