89 22r to a 86 tranny that had a 22r on it
I have a 22r off my old wreaked 89 2wd with a 5spd and i just bought a 86 toyota pickup it has a 22r with a 5spd as well in it but i'm rebuilding the 22r in my wreaked truck and was wanting to know before i start to rebuild this engine if it will bolt on to my new trucks tranny. i didnt new if there was a difference in the 1st and 2nd generations bolt up patterns on the trannys.
I would think they are the same just asking and making sure thanks for your time.
