88 pick up problems

Ok i have a 1988 toyota 4x4 sr5 pick up with the 22re motor. It has been running very rough. There is a check engine light but it is for the o2 sensor. The real problem seems to be oil leaking somewhere, mabye rear main? but it keeps blowing the hose from the valve cover to intake and spraying oil everywhere. There is oil in the intake. When you remove the tube form the airbox to the throttle bod there is even oil in it. If you clean it all out and clean the plugs it runs better for a while then it runs like crap again. After 15 mins it uses almost all the oil with no obvious huge leaks. No smoke out of the exhaust. HELP!

I have seen this problem before on a chevy 4.3l i found the pcv valve was stopped up changed it out this fix the problem. but it being cloged up we also had to replace the rear main seal and valve cover gaskets because of the pressure built up by the pcv valve being cloged.
