Its a 22re ... It will rev to about 1500 rpms an shuts down like a hard cut when the rpms drop it will kick back up but only has quarter throttle when tps is plugged in .....if i unplug the tps it will rev like it should but is really sluggish at the top end ...

Is it throwing any codes? My 22re seemed to do that and it was the air flow meter. Can you set base timing at all? Does it seem to backfire when you rev it up?
