'87/'90 Air Conditioning Parts Differences?

I have an '87 Truck into which I would like to install factory A/C. I obtained a nearly-complete A/C system out of a '90 Truck. As far as I can tell by comparing the '87 FSM to the parts I have, the only difference is the type of fittings used for the compressor, condenser, and hoses in the engine compartment. Otherwise, the parts seem to be nearly the same between these model years.

My question: Does anyone out there know if the A/C parts from the '90 Truck will bolt-in to the '87 Truck? Any other modifications or problems that I'm not aware of? Or, should I just get a system from an '84-'88 Truck, instead?
