4x41986runner

So we just recently put a rebuilt 22re with performance cam and oversized pistons in my 1986 4runner, we ended up going back and replacing the injectors, started fine but was idling high and would drop rpm at a stop, drove fine but we couldn't figure out why it was idling like that. Bought a new O2 sensor and maf sensor. Then realized when replacing the fuel injectors one of the O-rings slipped off and we didn't notice, so it was sucking air into the intake. So we put the O-ring back on the injector that was missing one and started it up, the timing went off range so we reset the timing and idle and it was idling perfect, till we went to test drive it and all of a sudden it barely has power while driving..runs good at idle, no power under load...?

We don't know if we disturbed something while taking it apart again(although we're checking everything we touched) or I read it could be the knock sensor ?

anybody else had this problem or know what's going on?
