99SR5 you got a build thread on the rear tire carrier? I would love to put one together.

84_yota_dude, yep definitly 5.29's I had them in an '84 that i had at one time. Loved them. that ratio should bring the Runner right back where it should be.

Got my CVT roof top tent added and spent a few nights in it. Very happy with its function, level of comfort, and talk about a conversation generator. I had folks all over the camp area stopping by to check out the set up.

One more trip planned in October. Got some insulation and a heat source for the last excursion. I hope the insulated tarps work to hold a little heat in during the cooler nights.

Me and Tuck had a slight run in with a Honda CRV
I was able to get all the kinks pulled back into place.

Made our annual camping trip to Grayson Highlands state park. The fall colors were fabulous!
Enjoyed a Very rainy weekend in the CVT Mt Shasta. Everybody wanted to look at it. Lots of compliments.

Heater worked like a champ btw. In fact had to turn it off the second night. Kept momma cozy!

Well I made the decision to trade the 4Runner of a few months ago, thinking I was ready for a change, and fired up to build something else. So I traded for a1997 Lexus LX450. It was in great shape, and an even trade was agreed upon.
Well 3 months and a ton of regrets later, the Runner is back in the driveway.
