86 4Runner doesn't want to run when raining

I Have an 86 4runner with a 22RE motor in it. It runs really well most of the time, but whenever it rains, it doesn't want to run. It seems like it isn't getting fuel. Some things I have done is: Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, made sure fuel was in the tank, and checked all fuses. What it does, is when I go to start it, the truck starts, runs for about a second or less then dies, that is why I think it has something to do with fuel. BTW, good spark at all plugs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
