The tubing bender is next on the list, so the exo-cage will be soon to follow. This was a quick/cheap solution to not having a rear bumper for this coming weekends trail trip.

Thanks, I noticed yours has a receiver. I may add one to mine sometime down the road for a winch cradle to go in. Right now I don't have a winch and the ol'4runner sure as h$!l ain't pulling anything so I guess I'll wait.

I like it! So I guess you bought the tube pretty much as is, tappered the ends and added the D-rings, right? I need a bumper for mine and I like this clean and simple solution.

So protecting the corners is a big deal as I see from the replies above?

super awesome, looks good, and its pretty tough i bet, yotas are all about tuff parts, that are cheap and home made, so i like it, and i bet some sliders or anything for the quarter panels will be easy, cheap, and tuff also

Thanks for the compliments you guys. MortanPhotographic, I bought the 2"x4" tube at a local supply house and had to pie cut the ends to get the taper. 86gijunk, it is extremely strong, I smacked it coming off a rock saturday and other than having to repaint, it held up very well. I am very pleased with it. I will try to get the video up later.
