Quality.

Pay the extra money and get the full top end gasket kit from Toyota for $450-500, it has every gasket you'll need. While you're there order new head bolts, they're $16 each (I think) and you'll need 16 of them; those bolts are one time use only.

I ended up buying another 3.4 from a local junk yard rather than replacing the head gasket on my original donor 3.4.

Toy Only Swaps crossover (http://www.toyonlyswaps.com/Page_4.html) to OEM down pipe collector (2->1) then took it to a muffler shop and had a CA legal cat installed with 2 Denso O2 sensors in their relative position to the factory locations.

I'm in California and had to go through the whole SMOG ref inspection and had to follow all the rules to keep all the emissions related components as close to factory as possible.

Not sure, I had the shop tie it back into the 50 series Flowmaster I had on the 3.0.
