.5Inch shock question

Hey guys about to buy some new front and rear shocks for my 94 4R 4x4, Skyjacker has shocks from stock height to 2inch lift. I want to do .5Inch maybe 1 Inch shock lift would i need to do any fab work or buy longer sway bar links? iv been trying to look for stuff but no specific answer. Any info would help thanks guys.

Shocks won't lift the truck. However if your just looking for new shocks a 0.5 inch lift shock won't hurt. They are called "2 inch lift shocks" to replace stock shocks after you install a lift kit on your truck.
