This is in 2wd with the hubs engaged ??

Should not happen perhaps abearing in the front differential

Now if this is with the hubs engaged and the transfer case in 4Hi and your on a hard dry surface it may be just torque bind there needs to be some slip to keep things from binding

You need to jack up the front and spin the wheels and find out what's going on. In 2wd with the hubs locked, the wheels should spin fairly freely. Turning one should turn the other in the opposite direction. Have someone hold the other wheel and then the drive shaft should turn. If there's binding or lockup during these tests it will help you spot the location of the problem.

Are you lifted with high CV angles? Could be a CV joint binding up.

A body lift shouldn't affect CV angles, right?

The body lift I had set in between the body and frame and it did not effect the CV angles. One problem I did have is the Transfer Case stick would hit the body and that caused me issues of getting it into four wheel drive. I am wondering if by chance you are not fully getting engaged. Not sure how that would effect just one tire but may be some how related.
