Does anyone know what the 4wd vacuum switch inside the passenger fender well is called? I need to know what I'm looking for when I go to the parts house.

Those are usually just estimates...from the dealership anyhow.

Haha, that's a joke. That is the dealership price, but one could be had from a junk yard for much, much less. Find someone parting out their truck and you could probably get one for around $10-50, depending on how the seller.

Toyota calls them vacuum switching valves There are two individual switches, but they are together in a block.

If you need some, i have them in stock at Nix99 for $85 for the whole block.

I wonder how different they are from the ADD system on a 2000 Tacoma...I have one of those I could get rid of from my swap.

The 4wd wasn't working and a found some stuff in the front port (I would assume that's the return port). I tried to ream it out and I think I may have shoved some of that stuff in the port. After trying to ream it out, the 4wd worked for a bit and now it stopped working again. Is there any way to clean it out or should I just get a new one?

Compressed air maybe? Just don't go using 100psi or anything. Try one of those cans of it for cleaning out keyboards or something.
