Simple question I know, but are they the same 4runner/ 4x4 truck doors? I'm looking for new weatherstripping that attaches to roof at top of door and runs down A pillar, can find it for 4 Runner but can't find for 4x4 truck listed....thanks

They are not the same doors.
89-95 Pickup doors are longer than 4 door 90-95 4runner doors.

How about 2 door 4runners?...any idea?

I want to say yes, they're the same but it's been a couple years since I've studied those trucks.

If, and that's a big if, you can find a 2 door 4runner, best to get measurements on the length of the door before committing.
